Morris believes its a sin that the State of California does not tax the oil companies one thin dime. If sent to Washington he will push to change the policy of taxation without representation attitude. (Morris is also looking at the federal waters that have the greatest possibility of wells to be found that can bring dollars to the cities and counties of California.)
